Develop and maintain good working relationships with Information and Clinical Systems colleagues.
As a highly skilled and motivated individual, working across the nursing & Quality team, the post holder will play a key role in supporting the Patient Experience Team and wider Nursing teams in the delivery of performance activity and other reporting commitments.

The post holder will be responsible for engaging with the team, clinical services and in conjunction with corporate partners monitor, assess and report performance against contracts and other key indicators. They will play a key role working closely with the trusts performance, finance and contracting departments in the handling of contract variations assessing their performance impact, as well as liaising with teams across the trust to increase performance.

The post holder will work with the patient experience team, clinical services, and networks to engage with staff around the development of performance indicators, measurements and increasing compliance to drive forward improvements.

The post holder will provide updates monthly and as required for the dept. /trust Quality and Performance report with analysis on activity data relating to patient feedback, clinical improvements along with collating exception reports for relevant reports.

Extract data using online reports and analyse with Excel, therefore good Excel skills are required as well as experience of using Power BI.
