VSA  have an exciting opportunity available to join our  Crosby House  Service as a  Support/Care Worker  based in  Aberdeen . This will be a permanent position and in return, you will receive a  competitive salary and benefits . Applicants need to be fully experienced with UK procedures in Support Work within a residential setting. Dementia awareness training preferable.  Hours: 32 hours per week available  Rota: 7 days a week  rota where you will be required to work a variety of shifts including early/evening and every 2nd weekend. Assisting service users in developing and maintaining social networks and relationships. Assisting and encouraging service users to develop skills and knowledge to live as independently as possible, if appropriate, with reference to the risk assessment process. Developing one’s knowledge and practice continuously through participation in training and development activities.
