The role of "Psychologist, Family Therapist/Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist" with NELFT NHS Foundation Trust in Broadstairs involves joining a multi-disciplinary team within the Children & Young People’s Mental Health Services (CYPMHS). Candidates are expected to provide evidence-based psychological interventions to children and young people experiencing mental health challenges. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering early interventions, developing care plans, and offering clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff. The position is part-time and requires extensive clinical experience in mental health for children and young people.

Successful applicants will participate in a comprehensive induction program upon joining, designed to integrate them into the Trust. The role is part of an innovative service aligned with the national CYP-IAPT program, emphasizing both the promotion of mental health and the application of NICE-compliant therapeutic practices.
