The Dental Patient Administration Manager at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for overseeing dental reception, administrative, and secretarial support services within the Bucks Priority Dental Service (BPDS). This role involves managing the clinic's operational resources, ensuring compliance with RTT, commissioning, and CNWL targets while effectively leading a team of reception and administrative staff. Key responsibilities include recruitment and performance management, financial reporting, patient data management, and addressing complex inquiries from staff and clients with a compassionate approach.

In addition, the post holder will develop and implement financial processes, ensuring proper handling of patient invoices and cash flow across clinics. The manager will work closely with the Dental Operational Manager and Dental Nurse Manager to coordinate operations, maintain patient records, and enhance service delivery while fostering a customer-focused environment and promoting patient satisfaction initiatives.
