We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Engagement Worker to join our Community Mental Health Team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As part of a supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll empower individuals with mental health challenges to rediscover their potential and enhance their independence. Your role will involve providing tailored support, assisting in care planning, and helping service users make the most of community resources—ensuring that they thrive both socially and emotionally.
