The NHS Scotland is seeking a Patient Care Advisor for the Links Medical Centre in Edinburgh, offering a full-time position of 37 hours per week at Band 2. The role involves providing a welcoming reception service both in person and over the phone. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a conscientious and flexible attitude, and the ability to handle challenging situations with a professional, sympathetic approach. Duties include assessing patient inquiries, prioritizing queries, answering telephones, and providing administrative support to the Primary Care team.

Candidates are expected to be organized, self-motivated, and efficient in a fast-paced environment, with experience in Primary Care preferred but not essential. The role requires working within the practice's operating hours and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
