The Band 5 Pathway Manager at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust will lead a team of administrators in providing high-quality front-line reception and administrative support within the pre-assessment service. The role involves delivering exceptional customer care to patients, relatives, and multi-disciplinary teams while ensuring the smooth operation of the patient journey. The post holder will be responsible for managing the administrative team, overseeing workload distribution, coordinating recruitment and induction, and ensuring adherence to Trust policies and procedures.

Additionally, the manager will foster strong working relationships across various departments, support nursing staff and anaesthetists, and engage in patient feedback initiatives.
