System C is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Customer Service Representative (or Associate Service Delivery Manager) in Leeds. This position is part of a two-year training program aimed at developing skills in service management while working closely with a small portfolio of clients. The successful candidates will engage in regular communication with clients, assist in service reviews, monitor service requests, and prepare performance reports, all while collaborating internally to enhance service delivery.

Ideal candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with ITIL principles or experience in the healthcare or social care sectors would be advantageous but not essential.
