Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a motivated Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) for Ward D3W at the Royal Gwent Hospital in West Midlands. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with acute physical and psychological needs, working collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. You will need to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high quality person centred care. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, carers and other professionals. You must be an excellent team player, have high levels of motivation and enthusiasm for working in a demanding but rewarding service. You will be joining a team that is passionate and focused on achieving excellence in care delivery, for all patinets in this area of specialised nursing.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
