What You’ll Do as a Care Assistant:
- Provide personal care, assistance with meals, and companionship
- Support with medication, mobility, and daily tasks
- Build trusting relationships with customers, promoting independence and improving their quality of life
- A caring and compassionate attitude with a passion for helping others
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- No prior care experience required! We welcome applicants with transferable skills from all backgrounds, and we’ll train you to become a Bluebird Care expert.
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (this is a mobile role)
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.50 per hour
- Paid travel time at £11.44 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement of £0.30 per mile
