                                                    Job title: Customer Care Representative Contract: Temporary (8-week contract from mid-November 2024 until mid-January 2025) Hours:  8 hours per week Rate: £11.44ph Location:  Glasgow City Centre Duties:  Responding to Amazon and eBay support requests via a ticketing system.   Responding to major retailer support requests via internal systems  Get hands-on and troubleshoot new product issues submitted by customers, to find possible solutions.   Communicate frequent questions and areas of confusion for customers, to the marketing team to help develop better communication material in instruction manuals or the website.   Record return requests and communicate return instructions to customers.   Maintain communication with Community Manager regarding recurring topics in customer support requests.  Requirements:  Previous experience in a similar role  Must be able to work a Monday  Happy with temp contract
