Job title: Customer Care Representative

Contract: Temporary (8-week contract from mid-November 2024 until mid-January 2025)


Hours: 8 hours per week

Rate: £11.44ph


Location: Glasgow City Centre

Duties:

• Responding to Amazon and eBay support requests via a ticketing system.
• Responding to major retailer support requests via internal systems
• Get hands-on and troubleshoot new product issues submitted by customers, to find possible solutions.
• Communicate frequent questions and areas of confusion for customers, to the marketing team to help develop better communication material in instruction manuals or the website.
• Record return requests and communicate return instructions to customers.
• Maintain communication with Community Manager regarding recurring topics in customer support requests.

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Must be able to work a Monday
• Happy with temp contract
