Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to patients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support patients with mobility needs, helping them to move safely, whether in bed, in a chair, or when walking
- Assist with feeding and ensuring patients receive appropriate nutrition, including help with meal preparation and feeding if required
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition, including changes in physical, emotional, or mental health
