NHS Scotland is seeking a Staff Nurse for University Hospital Crosshouse in Kilmarnock as part of NHS Ayrshire and Arran, which promotes equality and diversity within its workforce. In this role, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, responsible for assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating care programs while adhering to professional standards of conduct.

Candidates must hold a current NMC PIN and have experience in a healthcare ward environment. Flexibility in shift patterns and a valid UK driving licence are essential. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work independently are required attributes. With supervision and in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care working within the professional standards held in the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
