VSA, a respected social care charity in Aberdeen, is seeking compassionate and motivated individuals for the part-time role of Support Worker (Weekends) at Forestgait Lodge. This position involves providing person-centered support to adults with learning disabilities, helping them maintain their independence and manage their tenancies. The role includes guiding tenants with daily living tasks, particularly cooking, and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with care standards.

The Support Worker will work 14 hours each weekend, typically in a variety of shifts, and offers a salary of £12.20 per hour along with attractive benefits such as a company pension, employee assistance program, and opportunities for personal development and training.
