NHS Scotland is seeking a dedicated Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker for Ward 43 in Kirkcaldy, focusing on delivering high-quality care in a busy acute ward setting. The successful candidate will support nurses and the multidisciplinary team, assist with patient transfers and discharges, and provide care primarily for patients with respiratory illnesses. Applicants should possess good communication skills, demonstrate a compassionate nature, and be committed to their professional development, ideally holding or working towards an SVQ level 3.

The role involves working 37 hours per week across both day and night shifts, with a commitment to ongoing training and support from the ward team. The position requires membership in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and eligibility to work in the UK.
