The York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Clinical Governance Coordinator to assist in the implementation and management of the Governance, Quality, and Patient Safety Framework within the Family Health Care Group. This role involves collaborating with the Maternity Quality and Patient Safety Team to ensure robust clinical governance processes, focusing on clinical effectiveness, quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management. The position is cross-site, based at either York or Scarborough Hospital, and includes responsibilities such as managing Datix systems, supporting incident review processes, and oversight of the audit program.

Successful candidates will require excellent IT skills and the ability to handle complex data management tasks effectively. Additional duties include preparing meeting agendas, following up on actions, and assisting with the complaints management process.
