Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking two permanent Band 3 Senior Health Care Assistants for their Rheumatology clinic in Bridgend, offering both full-time and part-time positions. The successful candidates will join a supportive team, assisting registered nurses and doctors, while also managing phlebotomy clinics and a Dexa scanning service. Key responsibilities include performing phlebotomy, recording vital observations, maintaining health records, and facilitating communication with patients. While previous phlebotomy experience is preferred, comprehensive training will be provided, and candidates must have significant experience as a healthcare assistant.

The role operates Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, and fluency in Welsh is desirable but not essential.
