The Band 7 Manager position at Wirral with Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is a temporary, 18-month role focused on developing and implementing an innovative community service called PARALEL, aimed at providing intensive support to patients discharged from the Oaktrees Eating Disorder Unit. The manager will be responsible for building a workforce, creating a clinical model, training team members, and collecting project outcomes. The role involves collaborating closely with the Oaktrees EDU to identify patients nearing discharge, creating tailored discharge plans, and offering rehabilitative support to enhance recovery and transition back to community living.

This position offers the opportunity to manage a complex caseload and improve overall patient experience, with expected outcomes such as reduced readmission rates and enhanced support for patients and their carers.
