The Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Psychological Therapist to join the CASCADE service in Birmingham, focusing on the delivery of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) for individuals with severe and enduring mental health issues, particularly those exhibiting high-risk suicidal behaviors and emotional dysregulation. The role requires a clinician with relevant clinical experience and a passion for supporting clients with complex needs aged 14 and above, as well as their families. The successful candidate will engage in both individual and group therapy, co-facilitate DBT skills groups, and support assessments through psychometric testing.
