The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) NHS Trust is seeking a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) for the Duke of Gloucester Ward in Stanmore. In this role, the HCA will provide essential support to patients by assisting with daily living activities and personal care, while working under the supervision of registered nurses. Responsibilities also include reporting patients' conditions, performing manual and clerical tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe ward environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong care values, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care, with prior orthopaedic experience being a plus.
