The role of Care Support Worker at Liaise in Burgess Hill requires a compassionate individual to assist and support vulnerable individuals in their daily lives, including social visits and outings, while maintaining comprehensive documentation. Candidates must possess a full UK driving license and have at least one year of experience in a support worker role, particularly for night shifts. Liaise is committed to a positive and progressive environment, providing full training to new hires, and emphasises teamwork alongside families and external organisations.
This position offers a flexible schedule of 37.5 hours per week with required day and night shifts, including every other weekend. We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant, experience is not required, as full training and support will be given.
What you will be doing:
Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
