Role Overview: As a Lead Dental Nurse, you will:
- Oversee infection control within the practice.
- Assist and train trainee nurses.
- Manage stock control and ordering.
- Conduct infection control audits.

Job Description:
- Interact with service users and staff to maintain high standards and practice ethos.
- Lead and assist the clinical team in providing outstanding patient care.
- Follow and enforce practice decontamination and infection control policies.
- Participate in practice meetings and contribute to improving the patient journey.
- Adhere to confidentiality and GDPR guidelines.
- Supervise a team of Registered Dental Nurses, including allocation of work and supervision sessions
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day matters of Dental Nurses to ensure the smooth running of the services.
- Assist clinicians with the delivery of patient care.
- Implement and manage clinical governance arrangements for the practice.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:15 pm.
Pay:
- Negotiable, depending on experience.
Start date: 02.01.2025

Pay: £25,282.00-£31,000.00 per year

Experience
