The role of Porter - GDC at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust involves working within the Goods Distribution Centre at Clatterbridge Hospital. The porter will perform various storekeeping and distribution tasks, which include record-keeping, operating mechanical handling equipment, and driving within the hospital's distribution network. To work as part of the team, in providing a cost effective and efficient Store / Distribution service to all Wards and Departments across Arrowe Park Hospital, Clatterbridge Hospital and Clatterbridge Cancer Centre.
Ensuring the smooth procurement process of all Stock and Non-stock receipts / issues to all disciplines within the WUTH customer base.
