The "205529 (MG) Clinical Education Facilitator" position at NHS Scotland in Edinburgh involves planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating training and education within the Dermatology service. The role aims to enhance practical learning experiences and support the nursing workforce's development in alignment with local and national standards. The facilitator will work closely with both registered and non-registered staff to identify learning needs, ensure the achievement of clinical competencies, and maintain clinical skills through direct clinical engagement.

Additionally, the post holder will be instrumental in promoting best practices and seamless care pathways within the Dermatology Outpatient services at Lauriston Building.
