Stori is seeking Support Workers for weekend shifts, including paid sleep-in responsibilities, in their 24/7 supported housing projects in Pontypridd. The role involves providing emotional and practical support to young individuals aged 16-24 with complex needs, helping them transition into independent living. While experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates must possess a full driving license, have access to a vehicle, and be eligible to work in the UK. A DBS disclosure check will be conducted at the company's expense. We are looking for Support Workers to be based in our 24/7 supported housing projects in the Pontypridd area, to provide emotional & practical support (no personal care) for young men and women aged 16-24 with high level complex needs. The end goal is for the young people to move on into their own accommodation.
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
We have part time weekend hours & sleep in shifts available (additional payments made for sleep ins)
Candidates must hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be able to prove their right to work in the UK.
Roles are subject to an Enhanced (Adult & Child Workforce) DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for if required.
