The Corporate Patient Safety Incident Manager at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in Caerleon will play a key role in promoting and ensuring high-quality, safe services and upholding the organisation's governance priorities. This position involves supporting the corporate patient safety incident activity through the development and implementation of policies, risk management strategies, and educational programs. The manager will oversee the review and enhancement of systems for managing patient safety incidents, work closely with the Head of Safety and Learning, and facilitate learning from incidents to foster a culture focused on quality and patient care.

Candidates for this role should possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills, be capable of producing and presenting complex information, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure. Ideal applicants will have experience in multidisciplinary settings, a degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency in data management tools. While the ability to speak Welsh is desirable, fluency in either Welsh or English is welcomed.
