The role of Clinical Psychologist Lead for Staff Psychological Health at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust focuses on enhancing the mental wellbeing of staff within the organisation. The position is responsible for providing dynamic leadership and high-quality psychological support, including individual and group interventions, consultations, and training for managers.
