Are you a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist seeking a new challenge in a Trust that values and prioritizes staff wellbeing? The Wellbeing Matters Team at Berkshire Healthcare are looking for a part time qualified Psychologist to join them at either Band 7 or 8a with normal working hours of Wednesday (9:00-12:45) & Thursday and Friday (9:00-17:00). You’ll offer individual psychological support following work-related incidents and investigations. You’ll develop and deliver team interventions such as reflective practice, post-incident sessions, workshops, away day support and training. We strive to meet the need of the staff member or team and deliver accessible support either in person or online. You'll be working as part of a dynamic and responsive team of psychological practitioners. With no waiting list, you can provide proactive support as it is needed. As an autonomous practitioner, you’ll manage your schedule to meet the needs of the teams you support. Our Wellbeing Matters Team work with the latest evidence-based specialist psychological models and techniques - currently we are piloting a Wellbeing Skills Training based within ACT. Supervisory roles can be considered depending on experience. This role offers a blend of on-site visits, home working, providing virtual support, and twice-monthly team meetings in Bracknell. To support the development and delivery of the Specialist Psychological Staff Support Service Provide specialist assessment, formulation and interventions to individual staff, teams and managers – via 1:1 sessions, team sessions, workshop and training delivery. Depending on experience, you will direct and supervise junior staff and resources within their area of responsibility and take an active participation in clinical quality assurance and learning programme To communicate specialised, complex, and sensitive information and advice to staff members and other professionals, including information about challenging team dynamics or staff psychological wellbeing needs.
