NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a full-time Medical Secretary for a permanent role within the Directorate of Forensic Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. The position involves providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Consultants and their teams, coordinating patient pathways, and serving as a resource for staff, patients, and professionals regarding service inquiries. Applicants should possess excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal, and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative in prioritizing tasks and making decisions.

The job comprises a 37-hour workweek with a typical schedule from Monday to Friday.
