The Priory Hospital in Glasgow is seeking a Patient Liaison Officer to join their Marketing department on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £24,434 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits such as holiday entitlement, private healthcare, and a pension scheme. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting self-pay inquiries into procedures by providing quality service and timely responses. Strong sales and influencing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication abilities are essential.

- Proven influencing/sales skills
- Numeric
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- To convert appropriate self-pay enquiries and consultations to self-pay procedures within CHG against pre-agreed targets
- To ensure a quality service for potential self-pay patients including the accurate and timely response to self-pay enquiries from patients, consultants, medical secretaries and the National Enquiry Centre (NEC)
- To facilitate necessary access times and information required for patients to convert to procedure
- To appropriately influence patients to choose CHG for their procedure
