What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a dedicated Dental Practice Manager who can lead by example and drive excellence within our practice.

Skills and Experience required:

• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in a private dental practice (preferred but not essential)
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Role Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: £40K+ annual bonus (based on experience)
