We are seeking an experienced individual who has an extensive knowledge in customer service to provide a warm and friendly welcome as part of the on-site Front of House Team, located in Edinburgh Haymarket.

Within this role, you will be required to provide the highest level of client care and customer service to all associates in the clients' business, which includes visitors, occupiers, and internal colleagues, meanwhile also conducting administrative roles and responsibilities. Computer literacy is required. The focus of the role is facilitating meeting rooms and providing hospitality (teas, coffees and occasionally catering) across meeting rooms and event spaces.

The Attendance pattern is Tuesday to Thursday totalling 15 hours per week 8am-1pm with the occasional need to work flexibly to cover the occasional early start or late finish.



Accountabilities:


Provide high quality customer service in all communications with internal and external clients.

Order and deliver hospitality in accordance with pre-booked requirements.

Timely preparation of meeting rooms and event space to ensure they are tidy and setup ready for meetings, including furniture layouts and equipment requests.

Clear meeting rooms after use in a timely manner ready for next meeting.

Ensure company and legislative health and hygiene standards and requirements are always complied with in providing food and drink.

Liaising with wider teams to ensure the smooth running of office operations.


Other Ad Hoc Office Support Duties As Required.

Clear, concise and confident communication skills, which are customer orientated with an eye for detail.
