The CAMHS Creative Therapist position at Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber Foundation Trust involves developing and delivering arts therapy for children and young people with complex mental health needs. As a registered Allied Health professional, the therapist will execute individual and group therapy sessions, supervise trainees and junior staff, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, evaluation of therapeutic effectiveness, and contributing to the overall care plans of service users.

This role emphasises a patient-centered approach and the promotion of holistic care while evaluating and adapting therapy based on user feedback and outcomes. Additionally, the therapist will engage in reflective practice, multi-agency meetings, and contribute their expertise to enhance treatment strategies.
