The Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Care Coordinator for its Early Intervention Team in Ashton-Under-Lyne, focusing on supporting individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis. This Band 6 role is ideal for registered mental health nurses, social workers, or occupational therapists, and involves managing a caseload of service users in the early phases of psychotic illness or at risk mental states. Responsibilities include assessing needs, delivering interventions per best practices and NICE guidelines, and contributing to the day-to-day organisation of the team. The position offers opportunities for staff development and training, with support from a Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioral Therapists within the multidisciplinary team.
