Aberdeenshire Council is seeking a dedicated Quality Manager for a part-time role in Aberdeenshire, with a salary of £63,000 per annum (pro-rata), supporting 11 care homes within the Care Concern Group. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care by implementing and managing quality and performance frameworks, ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate regulations, and driving continuous improvements. This involves conducting audits, providing guidance and support to management teams, developing quality assurance systems, and leading collaborative efforts to promote a culture of improvement.
