Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a motivated individual to join their busy Trauma & Orthopaedic Outpatient Booking Centre as a Fracture Clerk/Call Handler at St Woolos Hospital, Newport. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service to patients while managing the scheduling of new and follow-up outpatient appointments. Candidates must have previous call center experience and possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as the position is fast-paced and requires the ability to multitask amidst frequent interruptions. While experience with specific IT systems is desirable, full training will be provided.
