Practice Plus Group is seeking a full-time Patient Service Advisor to join their GP Practice team in Wandsworth, London. The role involves performing general administrative and receptionist duties to provide high-quality service to patients. Responsibilities include processing repeat prescriptions, booking and amending patient appointments, addressing inquiries from patients and their relatives, and collaborating with the Practice Manager to manage daily appointment workflows. Candidates should have prior administrative experience in a general practice setting, excellent communication skills, and preferably knowledge of the EMIS clinical system.

This position offers a competitive salary of £25,096 per year for a 37.5-hour workweek, with the need to work some evenings until 8pm.
