The Cardiology Booking Clerk position at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in Abergavenny is a fixed-term role for 12 months, focused on delivering excellent service to patients within the Cardiology Booking Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking outpatient appointments, managing waiting lists, handling telephone inquiries, and adhering to the Welsh Government's RTT guidelines. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and IT literacy are essential, while knowledge of the Myrddin system and RTT guidelines is advantageous. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not mandatory.
