The role of Community Mental Health Support Worker at PAN TRADE in Birkenhead involves providing support to adults with personality-based difficulties and complex trauma within the Wirral Complex Needs Service. The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for delivering psychological care, coordinating individual care plans, and helping clients achieve their goals in a community setting.
