Real Chemistry is seeking a Junior Account Director in Medical Education for their London office. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects within medium-to-large client accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also provide strategic guidance, manage cross-functional teams, and identify opportunities for account growth. The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to develop effective solutions to client challenges, and prior line management experience.

Additionally, you will oversee financial management of your accounts, including budgeting and invoicing, while fostering a positive team culture and supporting the development of junior team members.
