The Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Physical Health Support Worker to join their Early Intervention Service, which operates in South and Central Manchester. This permanent position involves conducting physical health checks, running health clinics, and assessing the general health and wellbeing of service users under the supervision of the physical health lead and team manager.
