To lead the design and delivery of evidence-based care pathways and psychological interventions for a range of childhood emotional health and well-being issues across the local system. To support whole system transformation and lead programmes of change that ensure that the principles of “Future in Mind” and iThrive recommendations are delivered within the locality. Ensure the systematic provision of high-quality clinical psychology and psychological interventions in the multidisciplinary team for the child and family population of the locality, across all sectors of care.
To work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for the systematic governance of psychological practice within the service Embed a local culture of early intervention and develop the recovery and self-management agenda within all
