Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time qualified Clinical Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary team focused on supporting Children and Young People (up to age 18) in Warrington. The role emphasises respect and value for service users and their families, aligning with the organisation's core values and recovery principles. The successful candidate will work within the innovative 'No Wrong Door' program, which aims to integrate various services for complex adolescents, and will adopt a Life Coach approach to therapy. This non-traditional position requires creativity and flexibility in delivering support to often hard-to-reach young people in informal settings.

The Clinical Psychologist will be a key member of the Hub team, with opportunities for development from band 7 to band 8a as they gain experience.
