The European Foundation for Business Qualification (EFBQ) is seeking competent Children's Support Workers in Brighton to assist children with physical and/or mental challenges. The role involves enabling independence for service users recovering from illnesses or those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, sensory impairments, and other conditions. Key responsibilities include personal care tasks, meal preparation, household chores, monitoring health, following care plans, administering medication, and supporting clients' overall wellbeing through activities.

Ideal candidates should possess a sensitivity to individual needs, patience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage household duties. Strong customer service skills and the capacity to remain calm in stressful situations are essential.
