The NHS Grampian is seeking an Assistant Secretarial Service Manager for a full-time position (Band 6, 37 hours) within the Medical Secretarial Management Team in Aberdeen. This role involves overseeing the secretarial and administrative support services across various hospitals, including Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large staff group dedicated to both Medical and Surgical Specialties in the Acute Sector, requiring essential experience in operational health service management and familiarity with administrative roles in a healthcare environment.
