The University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) NHS Trust is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) to join their Adult Eating Disorder Service in the West Midlands. This role involves providing specialist CBT for individuals with eating disorders, conducting assessments, formulating and delivering evidence-based psychological treatments, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be prepared to work flexibly during core 9-5 hours, Monday to Friday. While prior experience with eating disorders is preferred, applicants with transferable skills and passion for the field are strongly encouraged to apply.

In addition to direct patient care, the therapist will be responsible for making decisions on referrals, assessing client suitability for treatment, and educating family members on the therapeutic process.
