Join the nurturing team at Sunflower House, a leading Tier 4 children’s mental health inpatient service within Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust, based in the heart of Liverpool. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated women to step into the vital role of Team Coordinator, where you’ll lead a team of healthcare professionals in supporting young lives aged up to 13 with complex mental health needs. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working in a collaborative and supportive environment alongside skilled nurses and support workers.

As a Team Coordinator, your leadership will guide the delivery of specialist care for children facing mental health challenges, including those with neurodevelopmental disorder and physical disabilities. Your clinical and operational expertise will ensure that each child receives the best possible support, and you’ll play a key role in managing shifts that may include days, nights, and weekends.
