Ioi Support is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers for a new supported accommodation home for young people aged 16-18, set to open in Winchester in January 2025. In this role, Support Workers will provide vital emotional support, assist with daily living activities such as cooking and housekeeping, and help young individuals develop essential skills for independent living. The position involves collaborating with various professionals to ensure the well-being and safety of residents, maintaining accurate records, and advocating for the young people's education and employment goals.

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and organisational skills, a full driving license, and ideally have experience in residential childcare or youth work. The role offers an extensive training package, ongoing development opportunities, and various benefits, including a starting pay of £11.75 per hour, with the possibility of negotiation based on experience.
