The Deputy Patient Pathway Manager role at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust focuses on ensuring high-quality service delivery within the Patient Pathway team. This includes managing outpatient waiting list performance, overseeing health records management, facilitating patient access to outpatient appointments, and supporting information governance. Additionally, the position requires maintaining outpatient clinics on the Patient Administration System, managing the appointments system, preparing health records, and providing reception support across the Trust.

The Patient Pathway team provides high quality services consisting of managing outpatient waiting list performance, health records management, patient access to outpatient appointments and information governance that support HDFT’s short and long-term planning process and meet the needs of the Trust, Monitor, Department of Health and Local Health Community.
